Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, you will be transferred to Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions, a tranquil haven located in Negombo. Here, immerse yourself in the ancient practices of Ayurveda, where you will experience personalized treatments designed to harmonize your body and mind. The next few days will also include yoga and meditation sessions, allowing you to relax deeply and begin your wellness journey. The serene environment at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions will help you reconnect with yourself and restore balance.
On Day 4, enjoy a scenic drive to Wilpattu National Park, one of Sri Lanka's largest and oldest national parks. Here, you will experience the beauty of nature and wildlife. Afterward, continue your journey to Anuradhapura and check-in at the Forest Rock Garden Resort, a peaceful retreat nestled in the heart of Sri Lanka’s ancient cultural landscape. The tranquil atmosphere provides the perfect setting for relaxation and reflection.
Today, immerse yourself in the rich history of Anuradhapura, one of Sri Lanka’s ancient capitals. Explore the historic Anuradhapura Ruins, including sacred temples, stupas, and ancient monuments. In the afternoon, return to Forest Rock Garden Resort to engage in a rejuvenating meditation session, allowing the day’s experiences to sink in and promoting mental clarity and relaxation.
A day dedicated entirely to meditation, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self. Surrounded by nature, this peaceful retreat offers a serene atmosphere for practising mindfulness and inner peace. Engage in guided meditation sessions designed to reduce stress, clear the mind, and enhance overall well-being.
On Day 7, travel to Kandy, a cultural and spiritual hub of Sri Lanka. Your stay at Samadhi Centre, a tranquil yoga and meditation retreat, will offer an opportunity for further reflection and practice. Yoga and meditation sessions are designed to deepen your spiritual journey. On Day 8, take a visit to the iconic Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy, one of Sri Lanka’s holiest sites. Here, you can experience the spiritual atmosphere while practising meditation and connecting with the rich cultural heritage of Sri Lanka.
For the final leg of your retreat, you’ll journey to the coastal town of Tangalle, where you’ll check in to Talalla Retreat. Set amidst palm trees and overlooking the crescent-shaped Talalla Beach, this retreat is the perfect location to relax, reflect, and continue your yoga practice. Each day will be filled with yoga sessions, designed to strengthen the body, mind, and soul while surrounded by the natural beauty of the beach and palm trees.
